Virtual consultations are free of charge. Appointments are reserved through Square, and a valid card on file is required to hold your appointment time.
If you do not attend the call and fail to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment, a $100 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.
If a deposit is required for a future service, the deposit is nonrefundable but may be transferred to a new appointment if you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before your appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
